Richard Maidman

Richard advises and represents companies and individuals in business and contract matters, with an emphasis on closely held corporations, commercial disputes, and intellectual property rights. He also handles real estate disputes, including construction, boundary, and condominium matters. He has litigated cases involving billions of dollars in claims.

Richard works closely with each client, brings creativity and efficiency to every matter, and tailors his advice to your goals. He understands that clients do not ask for legal advice in a vacuum, and that the right course of action turns on their business or personal needs.

Richard has litigated many cases where advice up front could have eliminated the need for costly litigation. This experience allows him to advise clients on small issues before they become big ones.
